We proudly offer shipping to all 50 states within the United States, as well as to select international destinations. If you are located outside the United States, please review our international shipping section below for more details.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited shipping methods. The shipping time for your order depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Below are our standard shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. (Excludes weekends and holidays)
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. (Excludes weekends and holidays)
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1 business day (for orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday to Friday).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. While we offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (check our website for current promotions), expedited and international shipping may incur additional fees.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on PixelRigPC are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. However, during peak seasons or for large orders, processing may take slightly longer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier, and you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for all orders.
  • International Orders: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping may take longer than domestic shipping, and customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping Delays: PixelRigPC is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing for international orders. While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame, external factors may affect the delivery schedule.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. If the product is found to be damaged, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

8. Refused Shipments and Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or if it is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to re-ship the order. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.

9. Signature on Delivery

Certain high-value items may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. If this is the case, you will be notified beforehand, and a signature will be required for the successful delivery of your order.
